1. Who we are
Landlodz for Planners is operated by Landlodz (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. [TO BE REVIEWED]
2. Who may use the service
The service is for town and regional planners and planning students in South Africa. You do not need to be registered with SACPLAN to use it. [TO BE REVIEWED]
3. Research only
Answers are research aids. You remain responsible for confirming all information with the relevant municipality, the Surveyor-General and the Deeds Office before lodging any application or advising a client. [TO BE REVIEWED]
4. Credits and payments
Agent messages consume credits. Credits are purchased in packages through PayFast and are non-refundable except where required by law. [TO BE REVIEWED]
5. Your content
You own the cases, files and chats you add. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you. [TO BE REVIEWED]
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other users' data, or resell access without permission. [TO BE REVIEWED]
7. Liability
