1. Responsible party

2. What we collect
Name, email, phone, practice or university details, SACPLAN number (if provided), billing records and usage records (message counts and credits). [TO BE REVIEWED]
3. Your private workspace
Cases, chats and files you add are stored privately and are visible only to you. Landlodz staff and administrators cannot read them, and we never contact your clients. [TO BE REVIEWED]
4. Operators
We use hosting, payment (PayFast) and AI processing providers who process information on our behalf under written agreements. [TO BE REVIEWED]
5. Cross-border transfers
Some providers may process information outside South Africa, subject to adequate protection as required by section 72 of POPIA. [TO BE REVIEWED]
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, download or delete your information from your profile at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. [TO BE REVIEWED]
7. Retention
Billing records are kept as required by tax law. Other information is deleted when you delete your account. [TO BE REVIEWED]
